I wasn 't going to review this place because it is a family owned restaurant, and they are the ones doing the day to day operations. The owners are courteous and hardworking, and I respect that it 's their livelihood, but we 're all living through a pandemic, and they need to step it up. I try to make the places around me work instead of going out of my way to other locations further away but unfortunately, when I am craving Pho, I have to drive to Irvine, or if I 'm feeling adventurous, Garden Grove because Pho Nation serves flavorless Pho; it 's nothing special it 's actually below average compared to other places. This is the best pho I've ever had! The broth is truly unique, unlike any other pho broth I've ever tasted. The quality of the meat is excellent, and the portion sizes are generous. The owner has revamped the recipe for the Thai iced tea, and it's absolutely divine—just like the pho broth, it's truly one-of-a-kind. I'm really upset that I stopped by a few days ago only to find they were closed and saw a banner announcing the opening of Pho Saigon Gem soon. I know this might sound a bit dramatic, but after experiencing pho here, nothing will ever compare. I used to come once a week to get my fix. You know... I really do believe this restaurant has potential. We have been coming to this restaurant for a while now and their food quality has just gone down, it's like they don't care anymore OR they need to hire more staff to make the restaurant flow easier. Their spring rolls were great until I realized they don't devein their shrimp. The pork Bahn Mi used to be great but now they just give you a LOT of fat and not so much meat. It's not flavorful either. And when they tell you they are busy and your food will be ready is 40 it will take an hour (literally). I believe in this place but man, they need more staff to pay attention to these details.
Decided to try this place to order in tonight. Saw some good reviews and they had veggie options. The spicy tofu lemongrass entree had no flavor. The tofu was dried out and had no good taste at all. The banh mi had no sauce with it that's it's supposed to come with and had no fresh veggies like the description says. The missing items makes that whole sandwich. Very bland and tasteless. Won't be coming back.

I hadn't visited Pho Nation in a few months, so I decided to stop by today for a bowl of pho. Unfortunately, I found it closed. The interior looked fine, but there were no customers inside. A small sign on the window indicated that the restaurant had shut down. However, a large banner was hung across the entrance that read "OPENING SOON PHO.SAIGON."
Delicious and satisfying! I absolutely enjoyed the pho, and the iced coffee was delightful! I visited for lunch, and the service was quick. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I really liked the atmosphere. I'll definitely return soon.
Decor is nice! Food is ok. Prices are high for typical Vietnamese cuisine! The quality is no better than most other Vietnamese restaurants. Maybe their rent is very high. I will not return! There are so many more better places with lower prices.
The pho is veryyyy gooood. No need to put much hoisin or sriracha because the broth is so amazing plus the nice woman who does absolutely everything is so very nice when I go there to eat

The food and service here is perfect. The calamari was very good . The seasoning and breading was incredible. This is my new favorite Pho place.
This one is a hit for vnese food. I found them through ubereat and keep ordering since then. Highly recommended Grilled Pork Sandwich!
