A hidden gem in Blaine off of 125th Aberdeen. They share the area with Mia More (juice bar) and a dance studio. Parking is limited and crowded on a Tuesday afternoon at 1PM. I ordered spring roll and bun thit nuong cha gio (Vietnamese rice noodle salad with grilled pork and egg rolls) for takeout. Both dish was delicious. The peanut sauce for the spring roll was good. Unsure if they put sriracha, because it had a hint of spiciness, which is OK. The bun was gigantic and had a weight to it despite my pickiness and eliminated the daikon, carrots, and lettuce. The restaurant tends to get quite busy on weekends, and you might have to put your name on a waiting list, although my wait times have never been too long. The waiting area is spacious, as it shares space with a neighboring shop that serves sugar cane specialty drinks. On my most recent visit, I noticed they’ve added more chairs for people waiting. The parking lot is quite small, and if you visit on a busy weekend, finding a parking spot could be a challenge.
This place just open up another location, and i had to try it out. The bun bu hue was a lot better here. But you can still taste the water down broth a little. It isn't sweet rather more savory. The pho here is good. It wasnt water down and you can taste the beef flavor. The service was good, they refill when needed. The atmosphere here was good. There were a lot of people and it is very spacious compared to their other restaurant.
This place may look like a house at first but it’s a unique shaped restaurant! Not that noisy (Including most of the seats being occupied), fast service, Andy amazing food! I recommend the ‘Grilled Pork Banh Mi’, just for 8 bucks, French bread filled with steamed pork, slices of carrots, vegetables, and a kick of spice! Including a small cafe next door. Awesome restaurant, 5 out of 5 for sure! Sadly I don’t have any pictures.

This is amazing pho! The new location has so much space and is really open. All the staff were really nice and food came out quickly. We also tried the fried rice and that was really good as well. Very authentic food.
I went there at 02:00pm on a Saturday. The signs said open but all of the doors leading into the building were closed. There were people eating inside but nobody came to greet us. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Charming building, welcoming staff, and tasty food! We will certainly return! There's also a connected tea shop.
