I just ordered from Pukhet Wok. I chose a Loc Lac beef, because it is one of my favorite dishes. I was unpleasantly surprised by the recipe chosen at PW. Beef loc lac is rice, cooked in concentrated tomatoes and spices... There the rice was colored but not cooked in tomatoes. The beef was closer to beef with onions than loc lac beef and it didn't have what makes all beef loclac: Raw tomatoes with onions and/or cucumbers. Overall I recommend because the dish was good, however mention that you have a revisited recipe at the risk of surprising (and sometimes disappointing) your customers. I'll come back and try another dish anyway!
Koh-Lanta has changed, the sauce is much more bitter than before which makes the dish almost inedible... tofu has become almost non-existent in the dish however the dish is now full of vegetables including carrots (obviously value for money... frankly disappointed and we have been (were customers for almost 4 years. This is not the only dish that has changed and not for the better. Disgusted. Food: 2
It's been a long time since I've been to this restaurant and I won't be going back. The takeaway pad thai was really bad, very floaty, I had trouble finishing it. Almost no dish is vegetarian (something not complicated in Asian cuisine) even if, if you ask, you can have the pad thai as vegetarian. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
