Be advised, this restaurant can be quite dirty at times, possibly due to either lazy staff or being overworked—it's up to you to decide. Despite the messy environment, the food is truly exceptional. They serve some of the best egg rolls in the SGV. If you enjoy wrapping your egg rolls in lettuce, each order comes with four pieces. If you prefer no vegetables, you'll receive five egg rolls. Personally, I also love their rice plates and pho. I highly recommend trying the lemongrass beef, nem nuong, egg quiche, and chao tom (sugar cane shrimp) from their rice plates.
