Sarah was very friendly and attentive while taking my order. The pizza was cooked fresh and hot, as always, and I have never been disappointed with my visit here. I tried the veggie style for the first time and the vegetables were fresh and tasty. I would have given them 5 stars if they didn't charge so much for their sodas. Paying $3 for a 2-liter bottle is excessive. I would have gone elsewhere for sodas, but I was in a rush.
I was disappointed that the price of the deep dish pizza had not been communicated to me before ordering. I purchased two pizzas and later found out that I could have gotten a larger size for $18 each. I paid $11.01 for each pizza. My son picked up the order and we only realized the price difference once we got home.
I give them 4 stars because they often don't answer the phone when I try to place an order. This means I usually have to go in and wait in line to order, which can be a hassle. However, the quality of the pizza is pretty good for the price, so it's worth it.
