I recently ordered chicken head cheese, and it’s just as delicious as I expected. I moved from New Jersey to California and couldn’t find any of my favorite foods, particularly high-quality chicken or beef souse meat. So, I decided to search online and discovered Piast Meats and Provisions, where I ordered chicken souse meat. I’ll definitely look into ordering something else—I need to see if they carry cattle sauce. I wish shipping wasn’t so expensive, but when I called, they offered me a great discount. Thank you!
