Took my dad out for dinner and was a bit disappointed, especially for the price. Service was slow (didn’t appreciate water refills when the glass is handed back by holding the rim, yuck. The calamari was rubbery and tasteless though the lemon aioli was nice but we didn’t eat it after first bite. Even after expressing concern, item was not discounted nor was there an offer to exchange. The fettuccine was ok, and the eggplant Parmesan was mediocre (served on ziti, which was unusual . After reading earlier reviews, this was not the experience we were looking forward to.
we eat here often, but mostly for lunch. there was a lot of things this evening. we never have brot. we had to ask for water replenishment. with other words, the service was not attentive. the auberginenparmigiana had more ziti than the aubergines that was disappointing.
The waitress was average; she didn't know what a specific coffee drink was and instead brought us something unusual without asking for clarification. Although she issued a credit for it, it would have been better if she had simply asked what we wanted.
We enjoyed a wonderful meal, accompanied by a lovely bottle of wine and an amazing crème brûlée for dessert. The artichoke appetizer was delightful, and the lasagna was excellent.

The food and service were outstanding on New Year's Eve. The artichoke appetizer was so delicious that I can't wait to order it again next time!
