Overall, pleasant enough, but with a problems. The food was well prepared and tasty, if somewhat uninspired. The ambience, again pleasant, but lacks in character, warmth and personality. It could have been anywhere. But it was quiet, something to be noted. The service had some glaring mistakes. The primary waitperson was friendly and knowledgeable, but had too much to cover, so handed off much of the actual service to someone totally unknowledgeable. We were served soup with no spoons. We received our entries prior to ordering wine. Even though we mentioned up front that we wanted a non-rushed experience, it felt rushed. I think this restaurant has improved since Covid. The food is excellent, and I visited twice in 2 weeks as the result of a really lovely lunch. The second time was for dinner. Great food, decent service and wonderful choices. The only improvement could be for a more reserve list of some where vintages are not so recent.
This is my go to restaurant for any out of town guest, birthday or just because. Food is outstanding, always changing and beautifully prepared. Service is wonderful, professional and a joy. Really a great restaurant. Never had anything but a wonderful meal and a great time there.
We have been to Piatti in Sacramento now many times. The food has been consistently excellent. The service also has been first rate and on the rare occasion when something goes wrong, they fix it immediately. You could not ask for a more responsive staff. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is consistently amazing! The quality of the ingredients, the chef's expertise in preparing the dishes, the service, and the ambiance all exceeded our expectations. Well done to everyone involved! We will definitely be back next week.
The service was very good. The patio was a lovely place to dine for lunch. The salads were excellent although they reflected the cost of inflation and supply issues. Overall it was a very nice dining experience.
Dinner was excellent. We sat by the patio door and a cold breeze got our table every time someone went in or out. The lemon ravioli were excellent. I would stick with wine, drinks were on the skimpy side.
Food was great. We ordered salmon, lasagna, pizza. Only chicken entrée, no meat entrée available or on the menu. Bread and dipping oil was perfection.

My go to spot for consistently good food with a pleasant ambiance. The wait staff are well trained and professional, a rarity these days.
