Absolutely loved it. What truly sets Pickle Toast apart is their incredible attention to detail. They use high-quality sourdough, a rich and flavorful cheese blend, and unique additions that clearly enhance the grilled cheese rather than just following trends. Both the tuna olive and fennel sausage sandwiches were outstanding, and the baked truffle fries were a fantastic finishing touch. I’m hoping they open a branch in Bristol soon! The decor deserves a mention too—though the space is small, it feels cozy and surprisingly upscale. I really hope this place thrives for a long time. It’s never been open, so how are there all these reviews? Even 18 months after I first mentioned it, it’s still not open. Just around the corner from where I live, it supposedly has the best grilled cheese sandwiches in the world! The real question is: which world? Clearly, the world of post-truth.
