Le Picolo théâtre-café could easily be overlooked between two plate stores, as one of many places to eat and drink in the flea market area Sain-Ouen. But this place is not only over, but it is one of a kind: an excellent restaurant and performance art space. I visited Le Picolo several times and was always convinced to leave the place in a blessed state of mind. Recently, I and my girlfriend decided to eat again between lunch and dinner. We were so excited that we stayed two hours until we found nothing more to beautify the exquisite culinary sequence. Starters, main course, cheese plate, dessert, accompanied by a beautiful Chardonnay, were infused with a homemade Rhum Shot with citrus fruit...
Is the food good? Is that something special? Not really, especially for the price (not too expensive but). If someone only needs to eat something hearty, fresh and simple, this is the place to go. Do not expect a surprise, simple classics are served...in this lively little place. There are also some live music often. It can be pretty loud, but I didn't mind. I went specifically to this place to have a nice simple lunch with some noise. Good service.
Very good address. very pleasant and efficient servers. a good choice, generous portions, real croque sir. Besides there was live music so good atmosphere for a Sunday lunch. We were a group of 16 and we hadn't booked, we took the last two tables.
We had a salad and some French fries (which were of course great) but I can't say this is a must go or Adobe of the best food I've had in Paris. I thought the atmosphere was nice but overall a bit too pricy for what you get.

Run! perfectly unbearable service: you can only be seated in the right places if you have lunch. It smells like graillon, cold coffee, slow service and pretentious servers. short to forget very quickly.
the price eh half salty, for a place that sells sweet things .mas eh im good place to taste an ice cream mainly if it is coompanhado.
We visited with our hungry 3-year old who was passed his bedtime and where greeted with nothing but friendly smiles.

A small (as the name tells) Italian restaurant, an annex of the large Caratello on the other side of the street.
