Pie Wood Fired Pizza Joint

Great place to get a great fire cooked pie. I found that it was closer aligned to more European style of pizza, which to mean was a thin base that was fully cooked and crunchy, just enough sauce to not overly salt the pie, good amount of cheese and veggies that wouldn't overload and fall off. The patio we sat on was right beside the road but it wasn't overly noisy with the passing cars. We did see a train pass by and that was a fun experience. The restaurant is adjacent to a brewery you can visit as well, but if you are looking for a good pie, that won't make you feel bloated and gross on a hot Muskoka day, then this is a great place to try out. I'm looking forward to returning.

The pizzas were excellent—delicious and fresh. I really appreciate the use of an actual wood-fired oven, as it enhances the flavor of the pizza. The dough was perfectly cooked and tasted wonderful. The white sauce pizza was also very good. However, the restaurant could improve on service, and I noticed some errors on their menu. It was quite chilly inside, to the point where we had to put on our jackets. There was only one server, and she did forget a few things. Despite this, everyone was very friendly, and I look forward to returning. I highly recommend this place and hope to see them make improvements.

I couldn't have liked a pizza more than the one I had here. I inherently am a meat lover, however the Veggilante pizza was the best gastronomical experience my guts (pizza loving) have ever had. The pie was rich with flavor bombs going off with every chew . They had garden fresh veggies and the crust was heavenly. Since we were headed on a camping trip had to rein in my culinary desires of trying a meat topped pizza. But hey this will certainly make me want to come back for more. Good Job guys

Told the waitress I didn't want walnuts on my stinky pie due to minor food allergy. Manager came over and acknowledged my concern and assured me they were being careful. Authentic pizza! Made with high-quality ingredients and top-notch equipment, served by friendly staff. The pizza is fantastic! The wings are incredibly delicious and addictive. Finally, we have great pizza in MacTier!

My friends and I just dropped by on our way back from Arrowhead. Until that time only catch was mention of wood fired pizzas. But what amazing food man. A must try place if you guys are into exploring new flavors.

Stopped by after our wine tasting it was great and service was quick and the staff was nice and friendly. Pie was fresh and cooked in a nice wood stove. The variety of different pies where great and unique!
