I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time. The food we ordered was quite tasty. My partner had a large portion of chicken berry walnut salad, which was served on a plate with only a third of the portion, leaving the rest neatly on the serving plate. He finished what he could along with soup and garlic bread. The server then accidentally dropped the box containing the remaining salad on the floor, but quickly apologized and offered to have a new one made in the kitchen. However, when we opened the replacement salad at home, we discovered that it was placed in the same box that had fallen on the floor, with only a small amount of vegetables added and no replacement for the chicken...
I would like to recognize Melanie for her exceptional service at this restaurant. This was my third visit and the first time I had an amazing older gentleman server who was very attentive. The second time, I had a woman with short hair who was not attentive at all, giving me very bad service. I was hesitant to return, but on my third visit, I unfortunately had the same server with blue hair and experienced more bad service. VERY rude. First they brought us the wrong drink. Ok it's fine someone else took it anyway. Then they just never brought the drink. We asked about it after 15 minutes and they said sorry were out of coke. So we got another soda instead. They finally took our order after sitting for 20 minutes. Then it took another 40 minutes to get our food. The wait was one thing, they were busy, but the table next to us ordered a good half hour after us and got their food before us. Got no real apology. When we went in to pay and ask what was up. The cashier just stuck out her hand in a grabby motion for our card. The food at this restaurant was terrible and the service was awful. It took them 25 minutes to serve a BLT and waffles. When I complained to the manager, he simply said, "I'm sorry, that's all we can do." To make matters worse, they forgot to cook the fries.
Loved the chilaquiles, the avocado omelets and the red potatoes! The service is excellent! I ordered breakfast over the phone and it was ready in 15 mins. Faster than most fast foods in the area and of course delicious!
