At the last minute, just as six of us were gathered at Mountain Mike's, one member of our Tuesday dinner group decided to switch our plans to Pieology. What a letdown! The service was underwhelming, the toppings were hardly noticeable, and the prices were outrageous—$34.95 for just two pizzas and a soft drink. The atmosphere was incredibly loud—more chaotic than cheerful, like a scene from a disaster movie with people trying to escape. Does anyone over 20 work there? It felt like a clumsy attempt to create a trendy pizza place. I've heard from neighbors that the staff turnover is high. Perhaps all the noise was just the sound of constant staff changes!
My husband and I are obsessed with the cauliflower crust—it's amazing! It perfectly fits our keto and gluten-free diet needs. The staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and always welcoming. This is a warm, family-friendly place to enjoy a meal. Highly recommended, and definitely give the flour charcoal a try. (I was so eager to eat my pizza that I forgot to take a photo!)
Wow! The pizza here is absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and patient with us. When I ordered a gluten-free pizza for my daughter, they asked if it was a dietary preference or a medical necessity. After I mentioned that she has celiac disease, they took special care to prepare everything separately to prevent cross-contamination. Thank you so much!

Awesome pizza made to order. Hearth baked style crust made in a pizza oven. Lots of topping choices as much as you like at one low price. Custom made salads too! Smiling friendly staff greets you as you enter. I eat here often, highly recommended!
