I've been visiting this restaurant since I was a child, and they never let me down. It's definitely the go-to pizza place in Downey. They aren't stingy with the pepperoni, which I really appreciate. The dining area is spacious and has a cozy, homey atmosphere if you choose to eat there. If you decide to take your food to go, it's just as delicious. I always make sure to grab a pint of their house ranch to take with me!
We ordered for the first time about 3 weeks ago and oh man! Pina Pizza has been on our mind nonstop. The food was AMAZING! From the pasta to the soup to the pizza everything was just delicious. Ok, was in downtown Downey and hungry. I don't write reviews anymore but I thought this place had some good food. Good portions. Get the pizza, and the antipasto because the Italian dressing was bomb. My partner enjoyed the minestrone. Above all, the service was genuine and what you would expect in a home style mom and pop. We'll be back.
