Pine Knob Wine Shoppe

had doordash from this place before, and it was pretty good so decided to place a pick up order. the guy who answered was rude right off the bat. as i was placing my order, he kept cutting me off harshly saying “hold on, i can’t go that fast” (i was not going fast at all). my boyfriend goes in to pick it up and recognizes the old guy with a ponytail is the rude one who spoke to me on the phone. then he proceeds to scoff when my boyfriend said pick up for lexi and says “i think she’s confused.” one, how rude, and all i did was place an order that he couldn’t receive like a normal person. absolutely terrible service, will never return.

Always friendly and when I lived out of the area I always missed visiting this store. But now that I'm back in the area I love stopping in. Not only is customer service Fantastic! It is a decent size meaning they carry just about everything you will need. Plus the store is beautiful inside and if you happen to get hungry I will tell you they have some excellent on the go food.

I have been ordering the broasted chicken for years and have never been disappointed. The chicken is ALWAYS hot and fresh!!

Quick in and out party store. Good pizza and friendy service. Always check the expiration dates
