Pink Mama's Ice Cream Shop Travelers Rest

This is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I ordered a frozen chocolate banana and watched as the girl behind the counter turned her back to me and picked away at a napkin that was stuck to the banana. When I said something about not wanting it if it had napkin stuck to it the cashier insisted it would be fine. I tried eating it but the banana was bitter and still had bits of napkin in it. I politely asked if I could maybe exchange it for a popsicle and the girl behind the counter went to ask and came back to tell me no that I would have to pay for it. Just wanted to share my experience from today. I've heard great things from this ice cream shop and today I stopped in to check it out. There was 4 young ladies working from what I could tell and they made me feel so welcome when I walked in. I did have a few question about some of the ice cream due to allergies and all of them seemed pretty knowledgeable of the ingredients.Isabella, I believe is her name, was patient with me and my indecisiveness on what to pick. Great customer service at this shop and recommended it to all of my family to try.

This place is not worth your money or time. Employees were very rude, over priced, (charges for samples) they don’t know any diet restrictions for their ice creams, and lastly the ice cream tastes very artificial and does not have good flavors. Sad because super excited to try but they went out of business at a few spots in Greenville. Now I know why.

Such a cute little shop with great ice cream flavors. Their waffle cones are amazing.
