Located inside Taylor Mall near the Forever 21 entrance, Pinkberry offers friendly staff and excellent customer service. They serve delicious frozen yogurt with a wide selection of flavors and toppings, as well as smoothies. Although I typically don’t enjoy the original frozen yogurt flavor, Pinkberry’s original is surprisingly tasty.
I was very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. When I tried to place my usual order, the server, Denice, made it way more complicated than it needed to be. She disregarded my request for fruit and ended up charging me more than I typically pay and more than what was listed on the menu.
During my visit, Denice was rather rude. I attempted to place a straightforward order, one that I always get, but she made it unnecessarily complicated. She didn't catch my request for fruit, and in the end, I was overcharged compared to what I've paid in the past and what the menu states.
