Initially, we had a reservation for 2:00 PM, which was moved to 3:00 PM, and we didn't even get seated until 4:00 PM. Once we finally got inside, we had to wait another 30 minutes before we could sit at our table. When we arrived at our table, they were still finishing up by putting on the tablecloth, setting the silverware, and the glasses were dirty. Before considering this restaurant, I urge you not to waste your time. The appearance is deceiving; the service is poor, there is a lack of staff, and the food is served cold. All they offer you is water. For the amount of money you spend, you would be better off going elsewhere. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, even if you want to support a Black-owned business. I wouldn't recommend this place for off-premises catering. The communication was terrible; staff rarely returned my calls, and when I did manage to speak with someone, I was just given the runaround. This was for my wedding, and there was a complete lack of urgency or concern for potential customers.
I had a Baby shower that was in a private hall. Pinnacle catering showed up on time and provided excellent food and service! I had a totally hands off and worry free experience! Pinnacle helped tremendously to provide my daughter's Baby shower with a wonderful experience!
