Came on a Friday evening for a Christmas party. It was a private event. The staff was great. They really looked like they enjoyed what they were doing. They moved in and out of the crowd with ease and were helpful when my husband asked for a different beer than what they had. They kept everything clean and were so quick to clear the plates as we worked our way through the different courses. The noise level was perfect for this event. It was our first disappointing experience at Pinstripes. In the past, we really enjoyed the restaurant. We were a party of 8, so they sat us off to the side in a small room with one other table that was unoccupied. Our waiter, while very pleasant, was not very attentive. We were always looking for him and had to follow-up a couple of times for missing drinks, the check, etc. Two in our group said that their entree was cold, but they did not send their dinners back as we could not find our waiter. My dinner was warm, but not hot. They were not exceptionally busy, so I am not sure of why this was our experience. We will hesitate to return.
the front desk rude. the workers at the bar made up for the man at the front desk. It’s a shame, really. I rarely write reviews unless I feel strongly. I don’t appreciate being treated that way, and while I thought it was an isolated experience the last few times we were there, it clearly is not. Not my idea of a lovely evening out. Insulting, no matter his tasty the food is.
Caught up with my wife's office party. Bowled a couple of games. Didn't see much beyond that. My wife said the place was massive. Bowling allies, bar, restaurant and banquet area.
