I wanted to celebrate New Years with friends. everything went well until two separate waiters on us and the table with champagne spilled. the waitress did not seem too interested in us to be wet until she looked like she would affect her tipp. the manager sorta solved the problem with some gift cards, although and a free round of drinks.
We show up at the restaurant 45 min early and stop at the bar. Upon checking in, they informed us that they didn’t have our reservation on file and if we booked through open table. I told them I did and they said they are no longer working with open table and the wait would be 1.5 hours. Ruined our whole night!!
the service was extremely slow and eating was under the average. the northbrook location has much better eating and service.
great service and delicious meal. we also played bocci ball after it!
