TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We have been ordering from here for years and the food is fine (if they give you the right order), but tonight we had a horrible experience with the management staff. We ordered food at 6:10 and were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When we got there to pick it up, their card machine was down, which I understand is totally out of their control, but 25 minutes later when my fiance told them he was concerned about our pick up order getting cold, they didn’t care at all. Finally, after 40 minutes of waiting, the card reader was back up so my fiance asked for a discount for the inconvenience and the man checking him out said no. The man was blatantly rude and d...
I came here from Hoover specifically to get sushi and shrimp pad thai. I used to eat here frequently. The atmosphere was uncomfortable. There was no seafood available even though it was on the menu. The special sign was of a Valentines day offer from four months ago. The server was very kind and I felt bad (because it seems like this place is going out of business) so I ordered a sprite, chicken pad thai and chicken dumplings. The food was ok, only onions for veggies and very sweet. My total was $29.00! Sadly I won 't be back.
Food taste is actually really good. Portions are a bit small. 16 dollars is outrageous for pad Thai though when you can get bigger portion sizes on the west coast for only 12 dollars. Ordered hottest level Thai spicy and it wasn’t hot. Not even a burn, just a little tingle. Was hoping for hotter. But for the area I guess the food is good tasting. It is Alabama after all. If wasn’t owner I wouldn’t change any recipes, just a little lower prices and bigger portion sizes and extra heat options for spice lovers
Have been eating here since they opened. It's been a while but the food I received tonight was unacceptable. Missing ingredients and nothing like the old recipes. I get mussaman curry every time and it wasn't even close today (or I was sent the wrong curry) also got chicken phad thai. The chicken was dried up and overcooked or been sitting. AMAZING food and service. Very kind staff and super fresh ingredients. Had the veggie pad kee mao and spicy eggplant. SO GOOD. We will be back!!!! Wonderful food. By far it was the best Thai food I have eaten. Great portion amount. Understand that good food cost.
