My experience at the hotel has been extremely disappointing. Despite having made a reservation through their website in advance, when we arrived at the hotel we found ourselves with the unpleasant surprise that all the rooms were occupied. Worst of all, the staff were unable to offer us any alternative solutions. It is unacceptable that after we had planned and confirmed our stay, we found ourselves in a situation where there were no rooms available. Not only that, but the staff seemed uncaring and unwilling to help us resolve the situation. All basic. The bad thing was the attention, we dropped our car keys (which had a name and phone number on them) and they were not able to call us to let us know. They messed us up a lot since the car was in the airport of another country to return home. When we called when we found out, already in Belgium three days after we had stayed there, to ask for the keys, they told us that they had found them at the moment but that they thought that we would pass because they do not call if something is lost.
