I'm not sure I can put into words how much of a disappointment this place was with regards to my son's birthday party, but I will certainly provide the details so everyone can be aware! I worked with Alicia to get my son's party scheduled in December 2022. This was very important to me as it was my son's first big party with his friends. During the party I not only had to look for a trash barrel myself for the party goers to discard plates, utensils etc. but I also needed to get the utensils from the server station myself as our server wasn't readily available very often. there were 3 parties going at the same time and it appeared we all had the same server. If I could give zero stars I would! I booked a party of 12 people for my wife's birthday celebration. Our time reserved was 7-9. We got there 10 mins early got our shoes and were told we have lanes 1 and 2. Walk over to the lanes, there is food and garbage everywhere from the previous party. Looked around for someone to clean up the mess and no one was to be found. My mother in law took it upon herself to grab a rag and some cleaner she found near a register and cleaned the entire area for us.We waited a half hour for the waitress to finally make her presence 7:30, she had attitude and it was very clear that she was high out of her mind. We come in a 7-8 person group weekly sometimes more than once a week as we are working away and hotel life can be boring.The bowling is okay (string collected pins), but the lane service is almost non-existent. We are actually here right now and the server has served everyone but us. In the past 6 months and countless nights we have maybe been served 10 times. We usually just go to the bar because it's pretty much guaranteed we won't get lane service. But that's after waiting multiple nights in a row. Bar service is good. The only reason we keep going here is because the other really nice alley in North Hampton has league until 7pm. It's very average at best.
what's the point of giving kids points to trade in if the prize area is roped off? also, being completely ignored by the person inside the prize area ruined the visit. tried to redeem points that were won and couldn't because an employee with a bad attitude couldn't be bothered to help us. Very enjoyable. Good atmosphere. Excellent food. They have a arcade, bar, bowling lanes, ax throwing, pool table, dartar boards, and restaurant.
Great fun for kids while the adult has a nice seat at the bar.... Quite the place very unique to this area.
