I have been going to pita land for the past 10 years and I don’t think I have ever come across such a disappointing experience. I usually go to the one in Mississauga (Hurontario and Eglinton) but decided to give this location a chance. The server was nice and I asked if I could get the chicken saj wrap to go. Usually the saj wraps are very thin , packed light and cut up into pieces to eat. This place, the server stuffed the wrap so much that I was started to think she was making me a chicken shawarma wrap. She charged me for a chicken saj wrap , even though it was clearly a shawarma wrap. She cut the wrap into two and gave me the food. I went back into my car to eat it and let me tell you ,...
I have bought a falafel wrap from this location atleast 3 times and every time I hope that I will have a good experience. The first time was a good experience but every time after that, not good at all. The students who make my falafel skimp out on falafel balls. They put all veggies but only 2 or 3 falafel balls. Every other restaurant that makes falafels provide minimum 5 or 6 falafel balls. They rush my order every time even when there is no other customer.....talk about customer service. I will not return to this location ever again. Oh and the wrap is always loose and never made properly with food falling out. ?
The menu is so pricey and the food quality is just like other regular food chains like osmows or lazeez where they make sure optimum quantity is served. I ordered chicken on rice which where the box was half empty. The toppings were just tzatziki n hot sauce whereas other locations provide hummus n garlic sauce along with hot sauce n tzatziki. I wont go there again as its not worth the money.
The women working here are slower than Sid The Sloth. They'll keep you waiting for the food. Lazeez shawarma's employees are 10x faster than them. They absolutely have no respect for other's time. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Happy and Komal were both incredibly friendly and offered exceptional service. I will definitely be returning!
Staff provided great service. We went with a group of 15 people and our food was ready within a few minutes of ordering. Gurpreets service was exceptional.
