I was just trying to get food at 6 pm after a trip with my friends, but the staff made this frighteningly difficult (literally).One of us had to ask for lettuce three times because the female employee gave them 4 individual strands of lettuce. The employees made it seem like every request was a huge demand. Additionally, the faces we were met with looked like they had never seen kindness in their entire lives, they looked dead inside, This is the only review I've ever felt the need to write because I've never felt like such an inconvenience for purchasing something from a company. But to be fair ordering a drink is a huge request so I understand why they did not give it to us. All jokes asid...
Was into the Arthur, Ontario location on Saturday April 22, 2023 at 11:50 am. There were 4 customers ahead of us. There were approximately 12 customers being served by the time we received our yummy lunch. Autumn was the only employee. She took orders and completed the cooking and preparation of all the lunch items efficiently, in a timely manner and with a wonderful attitude. Way to go. Would recommend to friends and family.
I chose the Chicken Caesar Pita, and I must say, it was fantastic. I’ve heard rumors about salmonella issues at Pita Pits, but based on my experience, everything was excellent. The lettuce was crisp and packed with flavor, and the croutons added an unforgettable crunch. I’m giving it 3 stars only because it’s quite far from me. I visited Pitapit for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The service was quite poor, and the staff member who took my order was rude. As a result, I didn't enjoy my meal at all. Regarding dietary restrictions, I can't comment much further as my experience was so negative. The short older woman with gray hair really shouldn't be working at this restaurant. It's clear that she dislikes her job and interacting with customers. If she's preparing your pita, I recommend walking next door to Subway instead. Additionally, the carrots and lettuce looked like they had been sitting out for weeks. I decided to stick with the spinach instead.
I wasn’t greeted at all—not even a simple “hello” or “good morning.” The woman who served me on Sunday, October 1st, at the Arthur location clearly realized that I wasn't impressed. If you're unhappy with your job, it might be a good idea to look for a different one.
Staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. They were skimpy on the toppings, and their rudeness made it difficult to ask for more. They missed a lemonade and was terrifying to ask for it, as the female employee was openly frustrated at every request we made. Very scary
