I frequently visit this location and am always pleased with the service provided. They always manage to make my pita perfectly. The owners are so kind and friendly. I go for the pita, but return time and time again because the staff have always been so kind and made feel so welcome. If you want the perfect pita, look no further! You gotta eat here! You guys rock
Great place! Not only is service fast, price is fair and they go the extra mile. My vegetarian pita was DELICIOUS! The pita was just the right serving size with very fresh veggies. Overall, a very tasty and fresh pita. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and sweet. Will be back. Highly recommend this Pita Pit if you are in the area.
We ordered a couple platters for a holiday party and it was perfect! The staff was not only super friendly upon pickup, but the food was delicious and thoughtfully put together neatly in the boxes neatly labeled! Our family very much enjoyed lunch and it was stress free and easy clean up for us. Win win. Thank you to the team at this location.
This location is amazing, I ordered from skip the dishes and once again they forgot something I ordered. I had called the store the girl who answered was so pleasant and helpful she got her driver to drop my smoothie off right to me. Now this is what I call customer service at their best. If I could I would give 10 stars
Called on Family Day to see if they were open and they were! When I arrived the owner was awesome asked if I was the one who called, was super friendly, and fried up some onions and peppers to go along with our falafel. Falafel was maybe a little bit dry but tasted awesome still. Lots of vegan friendly options!
I really enjoy this Pita Pit. It has some of the best customer service that I've seen in any of the Pita Pit's. The food is always great and I really like that they are starting to add other things in the menu department. But I will always enjoy the Pitas first and foremost.
Pita Pit Kitchener (Sunrise) is a great location with very friendly and efficient staff. My husband and I enjoyed our Chicken Souvlaki and Buffalo Chicken pitas. Will definitely be back again soon!
Visited the store a week ago. Had a great experience. The staff was really sweet, especially Cheshta. Had a great interaction with her and she made my day with an amazing lemon pepper chicken pita!
Have always had great service at this location! Owner even served myself and a few others after closing since the sign was still on and we had all wandered in.
