We tried to place a large order, paid the order and left a generous tip. We received a call and were told they were out of gyro which to be fair is very possible and understandable. However, we then received a second call and were told they were out of pita. How on earth is PITA Pit out of pita? We feel as though they just did not want to make our order. We then tried to place the order at a different location and were told they were too busy to make our order. We had to take our business somewhere else and do not plan on ordering from here again. The food is fresh. I've had a Falafel wrap and a Caesar wrap and it's always really good food. The pitas were decent, but the sauce was stuck in one spot on the wraps. They tasted good overall. The cookies seemed to have been removed from the oven too soon and were a bit undercooked. I baked them a little longer for my own preference, and they turned out well!
The Regular Salad contained hardly any lettuce, and the chicken and bacon from the Regular Pita were tasteless and bland. The White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies were undercooked and doughy. I was very disappointed.

The food was disappointing. The pita bread was very dry and lacked flavor. It was my first time trying their food, and I was thoroughly let down. I won't be returning or recommending it to others.

Pita pit is always excellent but tonight they were off. Wrong chips, wrong pop, tiny chicken shawarma. What happened??
