I came in with my family on a Saturday evening. We ordered meals for the six of us. My wife and I ordered two of the 2 meat combos. We told the person taking our order that we both wanted the plates with the baked beans. We waited 45+ minutes to get our food and when they came and brought the food they apparently the person taking our order only heard one 2 meat combo. I was frustrated that she hadn't listened closely to my order but I ordered another plate. Instead of expiditing my meal or offering something to make up for the mistake she made while taking my order, she put me at the back of the line and everyone else in the restaurant got their meal before me. We wanted to try this food because several people we know had recommended it. We didn't eat inside, but picked up the food to eat elsewhere so my opinion on the atmosphere and service is only based on the brief time it took to pick up the order. The food was ready on time as promised. The order was accurate for all 3 dishes. The food was more expensive than expected considering the portion size (although the online menu did list prices), and tasted slightly above average. Give it a try next time you want BBQ
Never been here before tell today. The employees had some great recommendations. I ended up with a brisket sandwich and the wife got the Idaho nachos with brisket. We also got Mac n cheese and onion rings. Everything exceeded my expectations. We got it to go and in my experience is never the better option but in this case, I don’t think it made a difference. I just had Pitmaster BBQ cater my wedding reception with their 3 meat street tacos. Absolutely delicious. The best brisket, chicken and pork. All my guests were raving about the tacos and kept going back for more. They made 700 of the yummiest cookies to provide a sweet treat. Their PB Oaties cookies are a new favorite. There is no BBQ better than a Brazilian one but this place offers the best US BBQ you ever gonna get.... great place and services too. I could eat there everyday. Employees are passionate and proud about their bbq and are very kind towards customers. I love cornbread and was very surprised that theirs tasted very fresh even when I came in to eat shortly before close.
