The manager truly went above and beyond for us! Our pizza got lost in transit by the third-party delivery service, but the manager personally stepped in and delivered it to us. Liz was fantastic in helping us resolve the issue over the phone and provided excellent customer service. We’re giving 5 stars for that! The customer service is truly exceptional. I can’t forget to mention how delicious their pizzas are—soft crust and plenty of generous toppings! My family and I are now loyal customers of Pizza 21. Thank you, Pizza 21!

Food Was Very Good, Ordered a Peperoni pizza with double Peperoni. Could use more Peperoni, next time I'll order triple. Buffalo with were also very good. The pizza is delicious and brings back memories of the original Rios. The cashiers are consistently friendly. They only have two tables, which are mainly for waiting, but I'm sure you could eat there if you'd like. I always get my order to go. The place is always clean. My family and I had a great time enjoying the pizza, wings, and a salad. We ordered thin-crust pizza and Buffalo wings, and everything was delicious. We will definitely be returning!
