More than unpleasant, the person I obviously didn't want to deliver. I tell him the city of SANTENAY, he tells me not to be able to make a delivery in this city... I started looking at the site and the delivery was possible!!! What I say to the person, he tells me, to yes we can deliver you but the delivery will cost you 15€ more!!! (Photo, free shipping. Lol) No, but seriously... we could have to review the pay policy! Given the phone reception, I won't even take the time to go to this facility.
