"I have completely changed my opinion after returning to McDonald's, where I encountered Alex again. She was very rude to me and acted inappropriately, which made me feel like flipping a table, but since they are screwed down, I just smiled and spoke to Alex politely. However, she responded in a way that I found quite unappreciative, which was disappointing. Additionally, the drive-thru area was messy and covered in coffee. I almost felt like calling management over that. But back to the main point: if you see Alex, I really think she deserves a raise for her performance."
