Something has changed, and not for the better. My girlfriend and I ordered subs and wings for pickup and once we got home and unpacked the food she noticed her hot ham and cheese was missing both the lettuce and raw onion she likes. Understood this isn’t a regular menu item but she asks the cold ham and cheese sub be toasted with tomato, lettuce, raw onion, and mayo instead of just mustard. Generally, but not always, the sub is made correctly so I can’t say I was too surprised by this. I ordered the hot chicken garden sub and as usual I got the worst part of the tomato. I'm honestly tired of the inconsistent food and pizza I get from this place. Yall love to higher prices but don't make your quality any better. Yes the food is good when you actually cook it all the way. Don't even get me started on delivery. Charge for delivery when we have to wait hour and a half to two hours. How ridiculous? I got a cold chicken wing wrap and a pizza that didn't even have the cheese fully melted. It still looked like the shredded cheese was individually on br pie. Crust was soft and floppy still. I've ordered from this restaurant several times now, and each experience has left me disappointed. Despite the numerous positive reviews, I haven't had a good experience yet. Tonight was the last straw. I waited almost two hours for my delivery, totaling $44.01, only to receive my food ice cold. When I pay with a credit card, I'm often asked to tip, but tipping should be based on customer service. Waiting two hours for cold food and dealing with a lackluster delivery person is unacceptable. I'm usually generous with tips, and I’ve even tried paying in cash to see if that made a difference, but it didn’t help at all.
Horrible experience!! I ordered online for delivery and it never came!! The restaurant called me and said they can't deliver because there's no drivers. So why accept online orders if your not gonna deliver?? So I said refund my money to my credit card and the girl rudely said they can't??!! Excuse me you can't??! All I know is I better have my refund to my card or else I'm gonna report this place!!!

Normally I order the finicky cheesesteak and it’s delicious. No problems. Today we ordered and there’s barely steak on the hoagies. Using cheese as the filler…. Shame on you! You raised the price which is fine but to literally have no steak on the sandwich is a bit too cheap. I will think again before ordering from here for a while. I ordered two cheesesteaks and both look just the same.
1st visit , on the way to airport . Great pizza , crust fantastic , really good pepperoni and a nice fresh sauce !! ROLLTIDE! Even my driver enjoyed it . They were busy , but got us in and out in &out in 10. Will stop again .
No review available. We were in search of a dine-in pizza restaurant, but their dining area is currently under construction. We plan to visit again in the future, as we've heard excellent things about their pizza.
So so. Pizza was blah.. Italian hoagie doesn't use sandwich pepperoni, threw ion pizza slice pepperoni. If you don't know, you don't understand. Maybe about the equivalent of Sheetz food, just cost more.

Great pizza as always. I have been getting food from this location for 15 years and they never disappoint. Always good quality.
The pizza was delicious! I haven't had it there in a while, and it was really tasty. A truly great pizza!
