Angekommen mit 5 Personen! Am ersten Tag haben 3 sich beschwert und das Personal wurde darauf hingewiesen, mit der Bestätigung, dass sich darum gekümmert wird und es weitergegeben wurde. Das Bett war durchgelegen und es gab bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche! Das Fenster ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, das Zimmer lag zur Straße! Die Geräusche waren so laut, als würden Autos durch das Zimmer fahren. Das Personal meinte an jedem der 2 Tage Aufenthalt, dass sich darum gekümmert werden würde... Am 3. Ineligible We arrive at the reception, the receptionist is not patient and does not explain to us. She tells us to pay 9€ but we don't know why. Later we come back and ask. They explain that it is the parking fee and the tax. However, I booked with Agoda and it says I have already paid that amount. No effort to try to speak English. We bother them. The towels in the rooms are tiny. I do not recommend this very expensive hotel for the service received. And its location is not necessarily the best for visiting Rugen.
