I visited tonight and, despite it being a busy night with the buffet just reopening, we were seated right away. The staff was incredibly friendly and hardworking, which made for an amazing experience. The pizza and salad bar were just as fantastic as I remembered. The drinks were great too, with large lemonades and a variety of lemon-infused options, including lemon water. It was refreshing to see the staff smiling and eager to help, even during such a hectic time. The service was truly wonderful. I was very impressed and will continue to recommend Pizza Del Re! Thank you for maintaining this nostalgic place for everyone who has visited since the 90s.
I finally made a trip back to town to check out this place since the new owners took over. I grew up in the area and used to visit it often with my family and friends. I have to say, I wasn't disappointed! The new owners really take care of the place. Honestly, the pizza seemed even better than I remembered. While the chicken soup wasn't the highlight, the chili was spot on. It was great to see the restaurant looking so nice!
If you love pizza, especially thin crust pizza, you won't find a better place to go. The all you can eat buffet is AWESOME !! They even have increadable cheese bread to go with your pizza. Then, if that wasn't enough, the salad bar is outstanding. With the amount of food you get for the price, I can't think of a better pizza joint in town.
The service and food are consistently excellent. The salad bar is nice but could use some updates or new options to make it more exciting—perhaps adding a few more toppings. Just got take out for the first time since the reopening and have to say the pizza is 110% spot on to the original!!! Been eating at Pizza Del Re my entire life and has always been a favorite for my family, and I'm so excited and happy to see they really truly stuck to the original!!
They have great pizza and an awesome salad bar. I haven't tried their soup yet but my wife always enjoys the soup. It's a comfortable atmosphere as well. Plus the price is great! It's also great to take our teenage son to as he can eat a more then both of us combined.
I've been enjoying their pizza for years, and now they're selling the restaurant, which makes me really sad. It's truly the best pizza I've ever had, no question about it. Their ranch dressing and bar salad are unbeatable too.
