ordered the family deal tonight, paid extra to upsize to the 15 inch pizza and garlic fingers. anyway got the order home and no bacon on the fingers so called back, they said I could bring back the ones they messed up and make me new ones but I'm a 10 min drive from the store and the pizzas would have been cold by the time I got back so I said don't worry about it but the pizzas were soggy and undercooked. it used to be my favorite pizza but I've been disappointed the last half a dozen times I've been there ? I'll be going to quispamsis or sj to get my pizza from now on
I noticed a large sign in the store advertising a promotion where you could buy a $30 gift card and receive a free 12” pizza. When I went to take advantage of this offer, I was told that the promotion was not available yet. I found that confusing, especially since the sign was prominently displayed. Additionally, I found the staff to be quite unfriendly, and both the pizza and cheese fingers were overcooked. Based on this experience, I won’t be coming back to this location.
I just wanted to share that we had a great experience with our takeout order tonight. The toppings were generous, and the garlic fingers were loaded with cheese and cooked perfectly. The service over the phone was friendly, and our order was ready exactly at 6:30, as requested. The only small issue was that it needed reheating, but that was minor. Overall, a job well done!
The pizza is made to order, but it tends to be a bit too doughy for many people's liking. However, the service was excellent, and the ingredients tasted fresh. I think it could use more sauce. I usually don’t have any issues, and I understand it was opening day, but my pizza was so soggy that I couldn’t pick it up, and my garlic fingers were undercooked. I’ve updated my rating today because my replacement pizza was incredible! Thank you!
We ordered 3 donair oven subs, drove home which is only 2 minutes away. We opened them up to find them absolutely soggy. It cost us $45 they all went into the garbage. I would not recommend the oven subs..
