Unfortunately, after ordering a panini and a burger that arrived with a delay of 2:00 regarding the scheduled time, I point out to the restaurant's pounder my dissatisfaction with the delay and the food that was totally cold. Being so far a faithful client that I was finally waiting for a commercial gesture of excuse.
