We had a very disappointing and unwelcoming experience at the Witney branch of Pizza Express. When we arrived with our family on 28/07/24 at 4pm, the Deputy manager informed us that without a booking, she would only serve us for a limited time of 1 hour in order to clear the table for the next booking. Despite the restaurant being only 20% full with plenty of empty tables to accommodate our family of 5, we were made to feel unwanted. We believe this treatment was unjust and may have been motivated by racism. Other staff members seemed to acknowledge the manager's behavior and attempted to apologize for it. We had a truly amazing experience at Witney Pizza Express! We ordered takeout for lunch on July 18, 2024, and everything was ready on time and absolutely delicious. The restaurant manager was incredibly kind and lovely, and we want to give a special shout-out to the chef. Thank you for a wonderful meal!
Had a lovely impromptu dinner here on Thursday night. Our server was lovely and attentive. The food was delicious and too much for us to finish we took home the leftovers! The section at the front of the restaurant is really lovely and had a good atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
We didnt book and it was surprisingly busy, but they still managed to squeeze us in for a meal. The food was amazing as was the service. Anamika and Gabi, the manager, were lovely and very helpful even though it was a very full restaurant. Both the front and back seemed full.

Came in for a late night meal on Monday, the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the staff where excellent, the food and drinks very fast and delicious, would definitely recommend.
The food is delicious and the service is quick. The pizza was large, but I was able to take home leftovers in a box. I will definitely come back again.
