Pizza Guys..I ordered the big boy pizza $19.99 for delivery, paid for extra cheese. When the pizza arrived, tip for driver was not included! There was a $6.99 service fee before! Tax, no extra cheese.. Barely Any cheese! The tomatoes where little canned skin pieces. I commute so I ate two pieces. Very disappointed. I placed the rest in the freezer to return when I would have some time to. Work has been busy. So it was more than a week before I went into Pizza Guys on Waterloo.I entered with two pieces missing from the pizza and my $35.00 recite, my information on the recite.The person at the counter said I should have called sooner, he could give me $5.00 off another order.It ended up being...
I ordered a medium specialty pizza day. When I picked it up there was a cockroach that crawled off of my box onto the counter. The employee working grabbed a paper towel and smashed it and offered to remake my pizza. I declined but was not issued a refund, unfortunately. Couldnt get a manager to come out of the back to speak with me. Also worth noting that the employee commented on his fellow workers and their lack of cleanliness and proper hygiene. I am thoroughly disgusted by the entire experience. The manager at this location should be terminated and the entire store audited.
I've been a dedicated customer of Pizza Guys for many years. While I've had a few less-than-perfect experiences, the manager has always gone out of their way to address any issues. I truly value the warm service and the sincere care they show when I bring up a complaint. Thank you for being our family's preferred option on those nights when we don't want to cook!
This restaurant has a specific female employee who declines to speak Spanish, stating that she does not receive additional pay for it. This behavior comes across as quite unprofessional and unfriendly!
