I love the pizza here. Which makes it so difficult to not go back. But the service I received was just really rude. I checked my pizza before leaving and realised it was missing olives. I’m in a rush though and can’t get it remade, no worries I said “just refund me the $2.25 for the olives”. I showed her the order on my phone and she compared it to the receipt to confirm. It took around 10 minutes to get that $2.25. The manager was on the phone the whole time while the poor woman struggled to get his attention so he could organise the $2.25 in cash. I have to add that I order here weekly. While you don't want to eat in, they have the most amazing Indian menu after 4pm. We love the spice levels, Biryani is the best I've had anywhere. Heavily flavoured and can't forget the nan bread. We love the paneer as well. It is a little expensive but I find I can make much left over for a few days with my small family so the portions are great!
I haven't had the pizza, but the Indian takeout food here is outstanding. Be prepared for longer wait times for the Indian dishes, as this isn't a fast-food place. They typically communicate this clearly when you place your order, so I can't hold it against them. Just keep in mind that their dishes are generally much spicier than those at other local Indian restaurants when you order.
I received a cold pizza during my last order, and while I was initially told I would receive compensation, when I called today, I learned there was no compensation at all. This feels misleading and dishonest. They used to be my go-to restaurant, but after this experience, I won't be giving them my business again, even though I used to order from them frequently.

I’m a regular at the Downtown Pizza House, which is fantastic. However, my experience at Paradise was quite disappointing. The portions were small, the food wasn't as fresh as at Downtown, and they completely forgot to check my order. They only started making it when I arrived.
Delicious pizza had the 4 topping medium special. Not overly saucy and toppings not falling off when you pick it up. Def will get
