We ordered for the first time about a month ago, our pizza arrived about 1 hour after the requested time. For this first delivery, we placed the order using my partner's contact details.Today, I made an account in my name to accumulate points, I ordered a total of $41 worth of pizza to be delivered to my home (we haven't moved since the first order) and they called me back to tell me that I live outside the delivery zone (despite the fact that it charges $5 delivery fees) and that I live 30 minutes from the restaurant in question, which is false, because we are exactly 16 minutes away according to Google map.
