Today we had the opportunity to test out the all-you-can-eat offering at Pizza Hut. First of all, I would like to highlight that the ambience was really pleasant and welcoming. The decor was modern and the atmosphere was just right for a relaxing evening with friends. The taste of the food itself also impressed us. The pizzas were fresh, crispy and had the typical, tasty toppings you would expect from Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, however, there were some challenges that marred our visit. Man merkt deutlich, wie unerfahren und unstrukturiert das Management dieses Pizza Hut in Regensburg ist. Das Personal ist scheinbar kaum oder gar nicht geschult. Häufig wissen sie nichts über die weitverbreiteten Flyer mit Rabattcodes, die man dann nicht einlösen kann. Die Wartezeiten sind oft recht lang, und es kam schon vor, dass ein bestellter Belag auf der Pizza fehlte, aber dennoch auf der Rechnung stand. Store has arbitrarily refused to offer the Pizza Hut Large Deal on the grounds that the city is busy and therefore they do not offer a Large Deal. However, the Large Deal is not restricted and is intended as such by the franchise. The employees refused to sell the advertised large deal. The order then had to be placed for collection via the website so that the advertised offer could be used. Absolute impudence not to arbitrarily offer previously advertised deals and offers for profit reasons.
We waited almost 2 hours for the food. The salad is very small for the price. Pizza was very tasteless, salad didn't have much taste either. There were no spices on it and you couldn't taste the tomato sauce or the cheese in the crust. It's a shame to have to wait so long for the food and then the poor quality and the prices that are too high.

Das Essen war ziemlich lecker. Das Personal war ebenfalls freundlich. Allerdings ist es kein guter Service, Getränke zu verkaufen, die seit einem Jahr abgelaufen sind.
The staff is always so nice and friendly that it's remarkable. Food is delicious, but just Pizza Hut 3000 calories at least
