Pizza Hut, 3002 South Morgan’s Point Dr, Mt Pleasant, SC. 2 issues- this pizza was delayed, and appeared to have been held in the warmer for quite a while as it was dry, brown, and tasteless. Additionally, the previous pizza was delivered very late, so an offer of a free pizza was emailed to me in an effort to make up for it. Unfortunately, I entered my selection for the free pizza several times, but no matter how I tried, their site would not accept the promotional code. I ordered a large pizza online along with a side of blue cheese. When I went to pick it up, the staff member asked for my name and processed my payment. She then checked the warmer, asked me what I had ordered, and after I told her, she looked in the box and said, “Yep, here you go.” Once I got home, I realized that the blue cheese I paid extra for was missing. I should have checked the box before leaving, especially since the employee had just looked inside to “confirm” my order. What a disappointment!
I got delivered the wrong order, I called to just let them know and hopefully get everything sorted out. I got put on hold for 10 mins so I called back later and before I finished my sentence I got put on hold again. I called customer service I didn’t know what else to do. I decided I would just eat some of order I received (which was 4 pizzas, cheese sticks, and cinnamon rolls. I swear to you I’m not making this up, two of the cinnamon rolls were eaten. I just want a refund I don’t want anything else.
Unbelievable. They took my order and three hours later I called (after finally getting the number of someone I could talk to) and they informed me that the order had been cancelled. They somehow tried to blame DoorDash which is not the company I called. Don't ever, ever , ever order fom this location.

I ordered two large supreme pizzas for takeout, but unfortunately, I received only one plain cheese pizza. I should have gone back to address the mistake, but with the traffic and my hungry companions, it just wasn't feasible.
After the misunderstanding of my order the employee's especially Ean (I believe thats how his name is spelled) helped me get the correct order! All of the employees are wonderful people!
The food and the atmosphere were good and the waiting staff was friendly. We ate the buffet and this includes pizza, salad and drink. Everything at a reasonable price.
