I would not recommend this restaurant. When we arrived at 8:30 pm, I noticed that no one was eating in the restaurant. There was only one man sitting at a table, who simply smiled at us. I asked if we could come in, and he just smiled and nodded yes. Then a woman appeared and rudely told us from behind the counter to wait 45 to 55 minutes if we wanted to sit down. I couldn't understand why there was such a long wait time when there was no one else dining in. After waiting for at least 5-10 minutes without even being offered drinks, we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable, as if they did not want us there. When this place is busy, you can expect nothing but the worst service. Orders and place is dirty and unorganized, staff is lost and disconnected from their duties. Waited for over an hour yesterday when online carry out times showed 30 minutes. Place was a mess with trash on dirty floor as you walked in, everyone there waiting for their food and even the people dining in were very frustrated at the service. Pizza and breadsticks were ready for over 20 minutes but I had to wait on boneless wings which didn’t even have enough sauce. Never had I had such an awful experience. Things seemed to have kinda gotten better but yesterday proved this store still needs a full staff overhaul.
My niece wanted to eat at this restaurant. It is a beautiful place, but one of the employees had their children there. The children were crying loudly until they were finally taken somewhere else. I understand that some people need help with their children, but I don't think Pizza Hut is the right place for them to bring their kids if they are unable to keep an eye on them. I returned with my niece who enjoys Pizza Hut, but please ensure that children are not left unattended. In terms of the food, I love the thin crispy pepperoni and pineapple pizza with jalapenos. The pizzas are hot and delicious. Thank you to the person who made the pizza, you know how to make them amazing.
When it’s good it’s good and when it’s not it’s awful. I placed the order at 7:50. It’s been an hr and still the order is not ready. They said the system froze and one guy quit in the middle of working. One guy did apologize and the other one yelled a bad word and banged the door a few times while working.

Service is horrible slow. If you order delivery or carry out expect your food to be dry and cold. Imagine offering curbside but never actually going outside to deliver the food. Yeah, avoid curbside at all cost, it shouldn’t even be offered if they can’t keep up with the demand.
I have had my order messed up only twice at this restaurant, and we go there frequently, so that's not too bad. I have had my order messed up more often at other places. The food is typically good. Delivery takes a long time, so I recommend picking it up instead.
The service at this restaurant is very slow due to a shortage of staff. The curbside pickup option is ineffective since customers often have to go inside to collect their orders. Ordering from this establishment has become a frustrating experience.
Never had issues here. Diy pizza is probably worth learning because it's expensive here if you don't want a plain pepperoni or any of the deals of two mediums or something.

I ordered the pizza dish and they did not add mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce, why? Earlier I went to this place and it was? delicious, but no more.
Lately, the pizza at that place has been very thin and bland. Cesar's is a better option for that. You pay half the price for the same quality.
