Pizza Hut - Tisch reservieren

I have been a customer since 2019 in the pizza hut in Cannes. Yesterday I ordered for an evening with friends. The order arrives, I pay contactless via two different payment methods and the delivery person leaves. I go to my friends who live in the same residence as mine. When I got home, I discovered 14 calls on my phone because the delivery man made a mistake during collection, no worries, I told myself that I would go to the store to sort it out, except that there I discovered a threatening text message from the from the delivery man: I paid for you man, just to reassure you something you 're going to reimburse me but I 'm not going to find you . Where are we going there? What is delirium...

We ordered 3 pizzas today. No problem with delivery, pleasant delivery man, fast... However when we opened the boxes, the 3 pizzas were way overcooked, almost burnt. We contacted the restaurant, after having had a man on the phone, we had a lady (the manager perhaps? who offered to redo the pizzas, but we had planned to take the pizzas because we had to leave Cannes so impossible to wait. We ask him if a commercial gesture can be made, particularly with a credit note. The latter then hung up on us when I offered to send her the photo of the pizzas. Not very commercial knowing that we regularly order from this establishment. Too bad, we will not recommend and will favor Mister Pizza!

We ordered the pizza on September 6th, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. It should be there in 34 minutes. At 7 p.m. JustEat showed that the pizza would be arriving soon. After waiting until 7:30 p.m., we called Pizza Hut. They had forgotten our order and then said it would take another 30 minutes. At 8:20 p.m. the pizza still wasn't there and we decided to walk to Pizza Hut. There the employee handed us our pizza, which had apparently been forgotten and had been there for 10 minutes. Who knows if it would have ever been delivered to us... We received no compensation for the inconvenience. Pizza tasted delicious (like every Pizza Hut). We will definitely never order from Pizza Hut again in Cannes!

Pizza received 15 minutes late I ordered a honey goat's cheese pizza which was really really not good... look carefully before ordering for the honey goat's cheeses they are with tomato sauce and not with strawberry cream! Overall very disappointed Price per person: €30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
