The manager at this Pizza Hut is quite disrespectful to his staff. While I was placing my order, he just stood by, watching the employees, which made both them and me feel uncomfortable. My anxiety started to rise as I continued to order. This isn't the first time I've experienced this; my local Pizza Hut in New Rochelle closed down about three years ago, and I've been traveling out here because I truly enjoy their pizza. However, every time I visit, the staff appears unhappy and overly monitored. The manager always seems to be in a bad mood and tends to respond rudely to customers instead of addressing any issues.
On April 8th, during the solar eclipse, I saw an advertisement for $12 pizza...
Walked in with my family and asked a simple question of, “can we sit down and eat?” The man behind the counter was nasty and snaps back “first you have to pay and then sit down”. Clearly, he did not want sitting in the dining area. Which was 100% empty. Disgusting attitude and unreasonably mean for no reason. It’s a shame what happened to Pizza Hut. I will never come to this establishment ever again. Sad part is, my kids wanted to experience what Pizza Hut is since my wife and I loved this place as teenage kids.
The food is good, but unfortunately, you can't dine inside this location. You can place orders online, and I've opted for curbside pickup three times. However, I ended up going inside to collect my order each time. I mentioned to the owner that they should remove the curbside drop-off option from the website since they don't have designated parking spots for it. He agreed, but it still hasn't been taken down.
It was empty and because is always empty is because of the service. The food you have to order it in front. And then there is a rude guy that don't help but there was a lady that did and took our order and then we was taken care of but things can be much better.

The menu isn't even displayed here. I dropped a pizza on the floor, and they refused to remake it. I wouldn't recommend coming here!
Pizza hut still got it !! Deep dish ! Hope they using good ingredients!!
