Pizza Hut - Tisch reservieren

On January 28th my family and I ordered a pizza for pickup the app said the pizza would be ready in 30min so I pack my kids in the car to pick up the pizza. Once I arrived the pizza dude told me the pizza is not ready even though the app said it was and proceeded to say its not their fault and that the app programmers were a piece of s . And we had to wait an additional 30to 40 min.

Pizza was dry and overcooked. Boneless wings were overbreaded and dry. I spent $55 on my order and was completly dissatified. The only thing that I appreciated was the delivery option. I will be going to another business for pizza. This was the second time I got a dry overcooked pizza here. Please respond to my complaint, I would at least like a refund.

I had waited for over 30 minutes for a bord command, which I had to take my small child out of the car to go in and my food was sitting there all the time. while I was there, a guy brought back a pizza, he had ordered cheese and they had pfefferoni. I called the load 3x while I was out and nobody picked up the phone.

I realize weather can cause an issue and everyone is short staffed so I was OK with waiting an hour hour and a half. However, this store has a habit of forgetting the drinks. Sure, they bring it by later for my now cold pizza but it is very annoying.

The pizza lacked flavor and was very disappointing. I usually love Pizza Hut. I was really surprised by the lack of quality. However, the customer service was very good and the wings were good as well.
