I would have rated this restaurant 5 stars if they had a proper dine-in experience. Instead, we had to place our orders at the counter, and then our food was delivered to our table. There were no servers or traditional dining utensils, which made it feel more like takeout. The food was delicious, served hot, and correct, but it lacked the sit-down atmosphere we were hoping for. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, but it didn't provide the dining experience I was seeking. I long for the old buffets, but sadly, they seem to be a thing of the past.
I had previously ordered the same pizza from another delivery service and was really let down. However, a coworker suggested I try ordering online from Pizza Hut and promised it would be worth it. I decided to give it a shot, and I’m glad I did. The pizza arrived hot and fresh, generously topped with sausage, even though I hadn't requested any extra toppings. All the toppings were abundant, hot, and fresh. The thin and crispy crust was delightful. Pizza Hut truly delivered where the other franchise failed.
During our stay at a nearby hotel, my family decided to grab some food from Pizza Hut. I must say, everything was prepared to perfection! We were really impressed by the exceptional service. The cashier was extremely friendly, and the manager was very accommodating. I ordered a large pizza and some brownies, both of which were fantastic. We'll definitely be returning the next time we're in the area. Thank you!
I ordered a pizza box that included a paprika pizza and one called "Supremacy." I received the Supremacy but instead of the pepperoni, I got mushrooms. To make matters worse, the pizza was cold and doughy, and the breadsticks and wings were also cold. I won't be returning to this place again.

The pizza was amazing, especially considering that there were only three employees working during the hectic lunch rush. We arrived around 1:30 and want to praise the staff for their hard work. The dining area is quite spacious, but you need to order at the counter and serve yourself drinks.
Visit us at your local Pizza Hut in West Columbia! We're under new management and excited to serve you. Our buffet is available Sunday through Friday from 11:30 AM. On Thursday nights, we offer our only dinner buffet from 6 PM to 8 PM. Plus, we have a fully stocked salad bar every day!
I hadn't visited a Pizza Hut in quite some time, but this location exceeded my expectations! I will definitely return for more. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. We dined in and really enjoyed ourselves!
The delivery was excellent, but the pizza was disappointing. It was excessively greasy and unlike the usual quality. Paying $30 for a $12.99 pizza and $4.99 breadsticks was definitely not worth it.

The pizza at this restaurant was the best I've had in a long time. Payton, the girl at the counter, was very friendly and provided excellent assistance.
