I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager, but apparently, no one was available until tomorrow. I plan to call Jerry, the manager, then. Daniel also claimed they had called me twice, but I can prove with my phone records that no calls were made, and my order was still visible on the website.
I had a similar bad experience here a few years ago, and against my better judgment, I decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately, this just reinforces all the reasons why I shouldn't order from this place. The customer service is the worst. I will be reaching out to higher management, as I've read that poor service is a common issue with them.
Pizza Hut on Cesar Chavez in East LA, it looks more like a bunker than Pizza Hut franchise, customer service nonexistent, poor customer service, not friendly at all, I can't tell if the inside is clean or dirty, on top of overpriced pizza they charged $6 dollars for doing business in California, I found that pathetic, I order thin crust pizza it was cooked so hard I'm glad I don't have dentures, classic chicken wings were served dry, at the end yo medium pizzas and 10 PC chicken wings cost us at whooping unbelievable $74 after paying I thought I should have gone to Shakey's pizza instead. Honestly, Pizza Hut is overea it isn't worth it.
Order a pizza, when pizza arrived i notice it was dry, I call the store on Cesar Chavez the employee response to me was “ the pizza left, nothing I can do about, if the pizza is dry then is dry”, I ask to speak to a supervisor according to the 2nd person I spoke to she was the supervisor and gave me her name as Teresa her response was as rude as the first lady I spoke to. Pizza Hut needs to train their employees on customer service.

It 's pizza hut I review for what it is, service and quality. I 've worked at a different location for 7 years. Here they 're nice, speedy, make up for their mistakes.They do have a service fee here , doesn 't make sense to me , but it 's to battle the min. Wage, it 's not the managers fault, it 's the owners fault. So don 't get mad at the employees.
I spent nearly $40 on a pizza, and it took an hour and a half to arrive. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes because their oven was malfunctioning, and I also noticed that the kitchen was quite dirty.
I did an online order they forgot. Some of my order couldn’t give me a refund or have it redelivered do not order here if you depend on delivery. Spent over $100 and couldn’t get my order
Took a while to get someone to come to assist me with my online order. Buzzed the buzzer they have to notify them someone is there but took several minutes for someone to come

They have terrible staff and the service is terrible, they treat you as if they gave you things for free. I recommend that you look for another place.
