I was in the store on the 9th, Sunday the 9th. Where I experienced one of the worst encounters happen in front of me, not only did a grown man who apparently was one of the managers violently scream at who i can only assume is a high school employee at the top of his lungs. I watched in horror as he kept screaming at her, I couldn’t understand some of it as i think it was in a foreign language but some parts where in English where I understood things like “you answer to me” which is terribly unprofessional and borderline psychotic. Something needs to be done about this matter and i hope cooperate steps in. He continued to keep coming at her even though I continually heard her saying stop or...
I was at the store on Sunday, January 9th waiting, when all of a sudden I hear then see a grown man, seems to be one of the managers, yelling at the top of his lungs to one of the workers. He kept getting closer to her and seemed as though we was about to hit her. I was so shocked to see this happen in a store full of costumers. Even if costumers weren’t in the store this should not happen in a professional setting or in general. The girl was young and looked like she was in high school. I am very disappointed to have witnessed this and I hope the girl is okay.
Ordered curbside touchless delivery while sitting in the parking lot. I had to go in to get it. The lady standing at the cash register doing absolutely nothing told me because we hit the I'm Here' button as soon as we placed the order and they can't keep coming out to check. But I called you 3 minutes ago to ask if the order was ready and we are here and they still didn't bring it out. Terrible service. Good pizza. Stop being lazy.
Tip your delivery drivers in cash. Especially since DoorDash takes the tips away from the dashers and the base pay is around 2.25 to 2.75. Most orders show up as $3.75 and are very low. I wanted the spicy veggie large pizza, but it came with hardly veggies on the slopes so that I ordered the regular veggie lovers cake. a little disappointed. also big cakes looked more like a middle box and not big as I ordered. I'll give you two stars. pizza was good and very chewing.
I was told 40-50min, it took almost 2hrs. After they texted me 10min away, it took them another 30min. Between that time, they told me the order had an outstanding balance. Even after taking all that time, the food was delivered cold.
they apply 12.99 for pizza but when I ordered the filled crust I was charged 19.99 and no condiments available. very bad experience. and it's my first, and unfortunately I was wasting the last time money. buyer beware!
