I ordered 2 personal pans for pickup via telephone. I took a little long about an hour and a half due to havingto pick up food from another location. I arrived and the girl told me oh we don 't have any personal pan pizzas, sorry. Want to order another pizza? I 'm like why wasn 't I called? Her response, I don 't know I say, you answered the call correct?and you ANSWER THE PHONE telling me the number im calling from, sooooo??? She offers the pizza again. I dont have time to wait for a new pizza so I left. We all lost out, I lost out on pizza, they lost out on a sale if she 'd just called me and told me that after I ordered it. I would have taken the offer, at least then, I wouldn 't have had...
Pizza was ok but the service could of been better!! The young lady at the front didn?t speak back plus ask to add to my order and was told no right after she just put it in no more stared working on it yet! Nice place just need better staff or bettermanagement or just management around cause you can tell it was a bunch of children thinking they have some kind of authority??????????? rather then that Pizza Hut will always be my favorite ?? just won?t be back to their store .. everyone have ablessed day and keep your mask ???? on
I'm laid up with a broken ankle and finally decided to splurge for REAL food. (not whatever I could put together from my fridge/freezer) I ordered online, and within 20 mins I was texted that my order was headed my way. The delivery guy was nicelydressed and made sure I had a secure hold on my food before dashing off. It was still piping hot!!! :P I was very glad Icould do the tip online at the same time I paid since I'd only scrounged up $6 in cash.
We haven't been in years but we're glad we gave it another try. Just purchased a simple Supreme and it was very good. The pizzas were a little too salty for my wife, which is why we stopped going, along with they being closed by the time we got off work.It's now one of many places to get a good pizza.

I have been here five times now, and they always serve pizza of great quality! This Oxon Hill location is definitely the place to get pizza. I've tried other places, but this one consistently delivers excellent pizza and wings! And their desserts are fantastic too!
The pizza I ordered was hot and fresh. However, the cheese sticks that came with my order were OLD and did not taste fresh. I had to throw them away. Please make sure that when people order their entire order, FRESH is.
The website is very user-friendly, and the estimated time for my order was perfectly accurate. The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. I definitely prefer The Hut over any other pizza franchise!
I will never order from this location again. The boneless wings I ordered are burnt to the point they look like lumps of charcoal and the French fries are overcooked as well smh.

Employee (male) was wonderful. Had a great smile and was very hospitable. Pizza was awesome. This is the only Hut I go to. Great job. Management keep up the great work.
Never go. So nasty! Pizza is dry and the sauce is evil
